MARTIN JOINS
TULL
Guitarist Martin Barre is to join Jethro Tull, and not David O'List, ex-Nice, as we planned last week. Barre, aged 22, has been working with the Gethsemane group.
His first appearance with them was on Monday [30 December] at the Winter Gardens, Penzance. Future Tull dates include the Van Dyke Club, Plymouth, today (Thursday), Ritz, Bournemouth (Friday), Nottingham Bolt Club (January 5), Pavilion, Bath (6), Toby Jug, Tolworth (8), Stockholm (9 and 10), Gala, Norwich (11), Jazz Club, Redcar (12), and Keele University (15).
